The Gate Hangs High

Lovely pub, great food and beer, very relaxed and quiet, lovely scenery and great walks despite the odd shower and wet ground at the time we stayed. The site drained well but was a little muddy but it wasnt a problem, we were prepared. Definitely staying again. Service: 5 Location: 5

Lovely location for camping. Small quiet field right by the pub. Quite secluded. Pub garden was lovely. Food could have been better but was edible. Staff were amenable. Service: 5 Location: 5
