The atmosphere was nice, but I was disappointed with both the food and wine, especially considering the high price of $67 for two sandwiches, a shared salad, and two glasses of rosé (before tip). The wine was too cold and needed time to warm up before I could truly taste the flavors. The service was fast, but one sandwich had to be sent back because the chicken was overcooked. Overall, I don't think I will be coming back.
Food was delicious. I had the egg plant pram without the hogie roll it was really good thin crispy pieces of egg plant over a salad and marinara sauce and more cheese to top it off. Omgeeee my taste buds couldn't have been happier. Service was quick and efficient. There weren't many people there so I would say come at a less busy time. Ambiance was good. No complaints
Ordered the chicken schnitzel BLT along with the sweet spicy grilled cheese and some Mexican coke bottles. Was blown away by how good the food tasted! Decent prices as well. The pepper jelly on the grilled cheese was delicious and the chicken schnitzel condiments paired perfectly with the meat. Would give it an A+ personally! Highly recommend this place!
The place to wine in Takoma Park or DC. PERIOD. The pretzel, the schnitzel sandwich, the smoked trout, the cheeseburger. Amazing personal and friendly service. In a pandemic. Saved my family for the past year; endlessly greteful. Réservez une table maintenant
Lovely place to have an apéritif, the daily cocktail was awesome as were the small plates. There is a great selection of wines from red to white and roses, as well as beers, cheese and charcuterie.
Great sandwich shop with a ton of options. Anytime we are down that way we try to get there. Highly recommend a stop by!
I absolutely adored the atmosphere at this restaurant. The variety of wines and snacks was fantastic as well.
