When we arrived, they struggled to get the sound system working, and as a result, the atmosphere was quite dull. Although a staff member did come to speak with us, he didn’t actively check on us during our meal. I arrived a few minutes early, and there was no coffee or water available; I even had to ask the waitress to bring me some water. Overall, both the service and atmosphere need significant improvement. I plan to return with friends next Friday and sincerely hope for better service; otherwise, I might reconsider coming back. On a positive note, the pizzas were fantastic!
I made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary and arrived at 7:30 PM with high hopes. However, by 8:15 PM, we decided to leave because we had not received any attention during the 45 minutes we were there. We were not given a menu, water, or a wine list. I spoke with the staff to express our frustration about the complete lack of service. We left the restaurant feeling very disappointed, vowing never to return due to the poor experience, especially considering we chose this place for such a special occasion.
We mostly enjoyed our visit however the front door doesn’t close and freezing gusts of wind kept coming in. This happened last time we were there as well. Very uncomfortable. We had a selection of small meals to share which were nice, the saganaki was cold and stiff though. Tables are too close together now that Covid restrictions have relaxed and we didn’t need to be so close as the restaurant was not full. Generally all ok.
Food to die for!! Beautiful atmosphere. Wait staff were kind and polite but slow at taking orders and offering further drinks. We only had one drink for the whole night and was only asked once, yet we ate three courses. Dinner was served promptly, but we nearly left waiting for desert. However, ultimately it was worth the wait in the end. Very very nice. Would absolutely go back and encourage others to go. Réservez une table maintenant
