Finishing off a week in the area, dining at this restaurant was a delightful experience. The service was exceptional and the food was equally impressive. Located at the head of the loch, the setting is absolutely stunning. Make sure to book ahead to avoid any possible disappointment.

Popped in for a light lunch after walking along the Loch. Friendly service, covid secure. We had sandwiches which also came with salad and crisps, we ordered a soup and fries to accompany the sandwiches, but they really weren’t need as the portions were good.

Tried to book before venturing to Lochgoilhead from near Glasgow, but issues with the phone line were queried when I contacted Drimsynie Reception to enquire (all part of Argyll Holiday group now). As it was, there was space aplenty in the pub at the time...

Arrived for lunch on a quiet weekday. Very rude welcome and barmaid mumbled something about finding a seat. No indication of how the food ordering process worked. She was wearing a face mask round her chin which is not a very hygienic or professional look... Réservez une table maintenant

We've visited the Goil Inn often but since Lesleyanne took over as manageress the whole atmosphere of the place is brilliant. The team are so welcoming, all really great at their jobs, nothing is too much trouble. The bar is really cosy and dog friendly...

Lovely bar area, open fire, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and good food at reasonable prices. We will definately go back while on our trip. Nachos and onion rings were great, huge portion and shared by 2. Coffee was a wee work of art.

We had a lovely couple of home cooked meals. Currently serving Wed-Sunday. Definitely book in advance as we couldn't get in the first time. The staff are really welcoming too and the food lovely. Réservez une table maintenant

Went for meal best to book as gets booked up . The lasagne was best I have ever had . The staff are very welcoming . Lovely pub to sit outside on benches with stunning view of the loch

Saturday lunch with family .. just wonderful despite difficult times .. thanks to Neil and all of his team for making our first family gathering since Covid even more special
