The Greek Islands Restaurant

I decided to let a couple days pass before actually posting my review as I wanted to really think about it. I am going to start with Ambiance. I'll base my opinion in comparison to the Abbotsford Greek Islands (both), Chilliwack is by far the nicest one inside and for seating. We had plenty of room for 5 of us sitting in a booth. And although the restaurant was jammed with patrons (a good sign... I would think) the noise level wasn't so loud we could hold a conversation and hear each other. Also the restaurant really wasn't insanely overdone with Greek design and artistic decor. The Service. Our server was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful. She never once looked or acted frustrated...

Changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because the one extra star is due to the effort of the owner making sure their customers are satisfy with the food and experience. The owner reached out to me and has mentioned that the Roast Lamb is a popular item on their menu and that they offered me a gift certificate to go back and try again. I value business owner who listens to customer's feedback because that is usually how business stays competitive and improve. Food great, service great always friendly. Ambiance great a little crowded. If you like Greek food this is the place for you. It gets very loud in there on busy nights so if you don't like loud pick a non peek time to go. I would recommend the roast lamb it's fantastic!

Very friendly staff the meal was delicious we had the meal that had a little of everything lamb, chicken, calamari very tender meat balls and vegetables with rice. Nice A/C for a hot evening we did the early bird great value.

Our waiter was great. Was a party of 5 and he kept us organized and offered amazing suggestions. I had the leg of lamb and was amazing like a post. Greek cucumber salad was excellent

Sooo much food, amazingly seasoned, I love their greek salad and everything else! I tried the chicken cordon bleu and it was LOADED! Would come here any time!!!

Always good food, service and love the vibe! Large portions, if that's something that is important for you always talk home half my dinner

Excellent service, seated quickly lovely staff. I loved the candles on the tables very relaxing. And the food was delicious!
