Unfortunately this is not a very good experience. No one greeted me and when I was eventually seated it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come around and take my drink/food order. Turns out it wasn't even my server because she eventually came around to check on how the food was. Mind you, there were people sitting at the bar but I was the only one sitting at the booths to get served. If it was busy, I would have understood. But since there were no other patrons, I could not figure out why the service was so lackluster. The food was also not very good (overly salty and ingredients were over and some under ripe) instead of complaining I ate most of it, left a good tip and left. I will not...
I went to green turtle for dinner they us at a broken table. However someone came to put cup coaster under the table for support instead of offering my boyfriend and I another empty table. As we sat to be waited on no one came out to serve us. After 35 minutes passed I asked if here were someone there to assist my table, I was told someone will be right with us so we waited for another 10 minutes but no one showed up. Then I request to speak to a manager. The manager didn’t show up until 7 minutes later. I’ll start off with our food was great and had no problems there.Service however was not. After being sat we waited about 10 mins for a server to come to us. Gave her our two drink order a tea and a beer, didn’t see her again for another 5-10minutes. Finally got our food put in and she never came back. Another coworker delivered our food and asked us if we needed anything. Once our waiter finally returned after our main course came out.She checked on us once.There was a party that was leaving and maybe 2 other tables at this time.Seems like service here is an issue all together.
I sat at the bar, and the bartender was incredibly nice. He was doing multiple jobs but still managed to be very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. My crab soup was served cold, and the rockfish bites were disappointing; they contained mostly batter and skin, with hardly any actual fish. Despite the kitchen's issues, the bartender was exceptional. He was genuinely caring and even apologized for the cooks, all while handling several roles at once.

I was picking up a delivery at 10:30 on a Friday night and had to wait to get in because there was a line of young people. When I got inside the order was still being prepared. As the seconds dragged into minutes the entire place was completely filled with genZers ready to party. My order came and I was pressed against the glass doors to the patio. I unlocked the door to escape. My point is you can still get food delivered late on a Friday night until closing during the week.
If you have a ton of time to waste you can go here. Food isn't bad but service is almost non-existent and it takes forever for food to come out. I've tried this one 3 times and each time it takes FOREVER for the food to come out. They also spread their servers out across the entire restaurant so good luck seeing your server often
We arrived for lunch with a large group, but there was only one waiter serving us. I believe we would have been better off with two waiters, one for each table. It took a long time to place our orders, and we experienced a lengthy wait for our food as well. However, once it arrived, the food was excellent!
I discovered this restaurant just by driving by, and while it doesn't look like their other locations, the food is just as delicious. The acoustics could use some improvement, as we could hear conversations from across the room.

i would give 0 stars if possible. everything i ordered on doordash was either missing or disgusting. greene turtle was not able to refund me and doordash only refunded about 20% of the cost. just don’t eat here
