Last weekend, I tried to call your restaurant and again just an hour ago, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone. Finally, when I got through tonight, the person on the line just set the phone down next to the register. My stepfather went to place an order, and although the door was open, there was no one available to help him. We had assumed you were open until 9 PM! As loyal customers who often order from your establishment, we are very disappointed by this experience. What kind of business are you running?
I recently enjoyed lunch at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5; each dish was flavorful and skillfully made. The service also merits a 4—the staff was attentive and friendly, finding the right balance without being intrusive. As for the atmosphere, I would give it a 4 as well. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, contributing to a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a fulfilling lunch!
The best pizza around! Having worked for an authentic NYC/Italian pizzeria while in college, I'm very picky about my pizza and have never found a pizza that compares.... until I've had the pizza at The Grill at the Highlands. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings are of the best quality! The friendly service and great food makes this one of our favorite places to dine! Highly recommended!
Save your time and think twice before visiting unless you're ready for a long wait. We waited 45 minutes for two pizzas, which were the daily special, and over an hour for two hamburgers. That's an absurdly long time for just pizza and burgers. There were only two other tables occupied and a few people at the bar—not exactly a lively atmosphere!

You can pretty much say I am a regular here. Last night I had a steak and cheese Stromboli with hot peppers, mushrooms and onions. I ordered a small and ate half. It was very filling. The dough was baked to perfection and it was stuffed from end to end. It was awesome as usual!
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was beautifully crafted, the staff were friendly and inviting, and while the prices were reasonable, they could have been a bit more competitive. Furthermore, the presentation of the dishes was quite appealing.
It's a pleasant spot, though nothing particularly exceptional. I'll keep coming back occasionally because it's convenient. The pizza can be outstanding on some days, while on others it's just average. The sandwiches and subs are fairly typical.
I love The Grill at Highland. The owners are fantastic people, along with the manager Glenn Junior. You will Never be disappointed with the food or the service. GREAT PLACE!

The food was mediocre, and the service was sluggish and lacking attention. The BBQ smoked chicken was quite dry, and the side dishes did not impress either.
