The Grill - Legendary King Edward Hotel

The prime rib was cooked unevenly, being cooked medium in some areas and basically blue in others. The staff were friendly but not very attentive. There is a limited beer selection. Our deep fried pickles wet a very good start. The main dishes, however, took so long to come out that we were there for almost 2 hours and didn't have time to order dessert. Overall, we had a mediocre dinner and paid the same as what we would have paid for an upscale dining experience in Calgary or Edmonton.

There weren't a lot of choices in this town, but we really enjoyed this one. It would be fun to go in a big group as they have a large dining room table in the middle of the main restaurant area. People have said some things about them being understaffed, but we went twice with the same waitress working the whole place and she was doing a great job. If you get pizza, it will take a little longer.

Decided to try this place based on the TripAdvisor reviews. We waited a while for someone to acknowledge us and take our order. The waitress was pleasant but it appears she was covering the bar as well so service was slow. The food was okay. Prices were good. Decor needs an update. The tablecloth really needed to be washed which was not very appetizing. Okay place for the money.

I've ate here a few times with my mother.The good is very good and the servers are ready to serve you with a smile.I had the special double cut pork chops with garlic potatoes twice cooked with a house salad.Very satisfying and would order it again for sure .Hope you try it, I will go back again for sure.Cheers Réservez une table maintenant

We would have never have found this place on our own, as its at the back of a pub called Joe's Pub on main street. Our motel owner recommend it and were so glad we went there.The food was lovely. Freshly cooked and a bit quirky, which we liked.I would definitely recommend visiting this place

Good service and food. Ordered chicken wings plus meatloaf. Wings were good; husband thought meatloaf was very good. Several people in restaurant were ordering the pizzas. Not a lot of choices of places to visit. Certainly worth a visit

This small restaurant is really cool, with friendly service, and possibly the best beef dip I've ever had. We will definitely stop by every time we pass through town from now on. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't already.

I tried the personal pizza here for lunch, it was very good. I wasn't able to even eat it all, although I did prefer to leave a bit of the crust. Service was spot on, even though the young lady was alone. Réservez une table maintenant

Le cadre n'est pas terrible. Le service bien qu'efficace n'est pas tres élégant. Et pour ce qui dans l'assiette c'est passable. Mieux vaut passer son chemin.

We were starving and stopped for a late lunch. We were pleased the service was fast and friendly and the food delicious!! Would recommend!
