Well I have to say that my stay at the Guv'nor was the best to date!!! I've stayed in a few hotels but nothing compares to my stay at the Guv'nor: Everything was exceptional(especially the bed and pillows and the service was great!!! I have to save the best for last because the breakfast was the absolute best I've ever had!!! Nothing compares to it!!! I highly recommend anyone that's travelling and looking for a place to stay that you get a room here and make sure to have breakfast cause it'll make your day: Thanks for everything and we'll be back again: :
Well hello Natasha staff , we had our reception at the govn'r yesterday you went above and beyond for us, you made our day even more special. The meal was absolutely delicious the service was outstanding piping hot when we got it . All the little things you did it didn't go unnoticed. Everyone at the reception commented how beautiful the room was and how lovely the meal was, your staff outstanding ... Just had our Mother's 75th birthday party here on September 16th and it was a wonderful night. We had a group of 28 and everything went off without a hitch. I planned it from Calgary and when we arrived everything was perfect. Larry and his team were excellent, the food was delicious and the service was great. A special thank you to Glenda and Alex for the wonderful service and help throughout the evening. I would highly recommend the Guv'nor for any event you may be planning...CHEERS!
The Guv'nor is my go-to spot and I'm a regular at this place because their food amazing service cannot be beat! The prices are without a doubt the most reasonable for the experience you get. Larry, the manager, is very accommodating and both him and the whole staff are just always so friendly pleasant which also adds to the package! Strongly recommend!!! The Eggs Benny is the best in the city! It's my favourite spot! :

We spent a beautiful evening with another couple there last night for dinner and loved it . The food was hot,delicious and the portions were huge. The atmosphere was was fabulous. Our waitress was very prompt,friendly and had a smile every time she approached our table. A definite must for a return visit . Recommending to all our friends...
Brunch at the gov'ner? Best in the city. My fiancé and I spent many hours in the cozy environment enjoying brunch and playing a hand of cribbage (games available at the pub). Amazing service, food, atmosphere.
We stayed in the Sweeny suite. It was beautiful and so relaxing. Went to the pub for dinner and the meal was amazing and wonderful service for the whole visit. We will definitely stay again in the future.
This is our local watering hole. I love the cozy atmosphere, the staff and the food. It’s the best!
