My son ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich and ended up with food poisoning, which forced me to take him to the emergency room. He received multiple treatments and medications, and endured severe pain for hours. I had to take a day off work to care for him, resulting in lost wages, and he also missed work. To sum it up, we filed a claim, but the representative we dealt with was far from pleasant. He suggested that my son's illness might have been caused by something else. Eventually, my son received a check for $200 as compensation for the inconvenience, but after his $50 co-pay, he effectively only received $150. I submitted paperwork for my lost wages as they requested, but they offered nothing...
I really appreciate the option to order through the kiosk; it definitely helps reduce wait times during lunch. We stopped by after summer camp and decided on the classic two-char combo, along with a salad and onion rings. Make sure to look for deals before placing individual orders. I got a char sub with a vegetarian patty and it was such a delicious lunch! Our camper, who is a shy first-time visitor, had a great experience and smiled with every bite.
I must say, this burger joint surprised me this was my first time eating at the habit and the customer service was on point. Jasmine helped us out, I have food allergies and was super patient and helpful when answering all my questions. They were able to accommodate, but more importantly the food was BOMB. We normally eat at In N Out, but I don’t know now, we might have a new alternative
The Santa Barbara Char is my top pick. I really appreciate that they include avocado and serve it on grilled sourdough. The flavor is fantastic, and the texture is spot on. For my side, I usually go for half fries and half tempura green beans, and I always choose their strawberry limeade to drink. Everything is amazing, and I always leave feeling satisfied. Mom, 2 siblings plus family friend ate at West Covina Habit Grill weekend before Christmas. Not enough seating. No one seemed to be in charge; front desk staff not atrentive. No manager on duty? Three of us felt nauseous after eating. Considered notifying Health Dept. Breaking this Habit!
