This will be my last visit to this Habit location. Jameka or Demeka had a very poor attitude—never smiled and was rude to other customers asking for condiments, even slamming sauces on the counter. While taking our order, she walked away halfway through and then came back asking what we wanted. If you don’t like your job, please quit instead of working in customer service. Maybe find work where you don’t have to interact with people and can be bitter. I almost didn’t mention the roach I saw in the kitchen. These burgers aren’t your typical fast food—they’re juicy and consistently cooked to perfection. Their chicken sandwiches are fantastic, and the onion rings are outstanding. The staff at this location are incredibly rude. I had stopped coming here but decided to give it another try. I placed my order, and when I arrived to pick it up, a young employee at the counter just stared at me and said, "If you're picking up your order, it will be on the shelf," then immediately turned away. Seriously? I understand they might be overwhelmed with orders, but isn't handling that the whole point of the business?
I was also hesitant to mention what I noticed happening in the kitchen. Jameka or Demeka laughed off an incident involving the cook, which added to my overall discomfort with the atmosphere. I initially thought she might just be having a bad day, but after seeing her joking with her coworker, it felt more like a reflection of her personality rather than an isolated incident. We ordered online but unfortunately when ww got home we where missing some items . Good Thing we don?t live too far so i went back with my son. We approached Jose with our problem and he was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right! Thank you Jose for the wonderful experience with customer service. We?ll will definitely come back to this establishment.

I love the Habit Burger because of their tempura green beans, sweet potato fries veggie burger options. Their chicken sandwich on ciabatta w/ teriyaki is a must try. They have a really good menu that includes charbroiled burgers salads. Something for everyone whatever you?re craving!
We stopped here as a last-minute dinner option on our drive from LA to Oceanside, and it exceeded all expectations! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I just wish they had locations in Minnesota—we’d definitely be regulars! Réservez une table maintenant
