The Habit Burger Grill

I come to the habit because they have always provided great customer service carried a very professional fast food chain. Today was really disappointing at the Rialto location. I came at 10 and the restaurant states they close at 10:30. I came to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were all out of chicken patties. Fine I settled for something else. Order a cone and they said their machine was done for the night. Which was truly unprofessional I understand associates might want to clean up to go home early but it’s really disappointing to set expectations for customers that don’t deliver. The girl that took my order in the drive thru was extremely rude. She wouldn't talk and when she did, you could tell she was irritated. When I asked for condiments, she just closed the window and came back with an attitude. The food was nothing special. It was tasty but the portions are very small yet the prices are really high. I will not be going back due to the poor customer service.

I want the number to cooperate. I don't understand why they're closing at 11:00. But don't take cars 10:50 there was also a car in front of mine. Not sure if it's the workers or the management, but that's lost money. I just wanted to be a water bottle after I walked around in the store. Besides, they can't even say they're close. Update hours. Waste our time.

I like this establishment in general. However, this location is not up to par. With increased prices and long wait times, in general. I don't want my food thrown together and sloppy. That's exactly what I got at this location. Won't come her again and will stick to my usual location. Réservez une table maintenant

Horrible experience. The manager walked out and rushed my food to me and the drinks stating that was everything. The bag he gave us had 0 burgers after I ordered 6. And only fries.I've never had such a bad experience before, but these guys working here are idiots

Ordered online order was ready at specified time. Charburger w cheese was delicious andEverything tasted fresh. Location is super clean and workers are welcoming and attentive. Definitely a go to spot!
