I went there today during my lunch for a promo code I had. The burger was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the manager. It looked like the girl in the drive thru was training and was unable to scan my code. The manager looked bothered andtook over. During that process he said to another employee help the girl out like she did something wrong. If he 's a managerclearly he should deal with situations in a better way, not in front of customers. The poor employee I 'm sure is just trainingand that girl has a name. Talk about being rude, if he was my manager back in the day I would 've quit on the spot. No need tobe rude to your employees!
I visited The Habit Burger Grill in El Monte for a salad and was very disappointed. The presentation was poor, and the ahi tuna was tough and unappetizing. My order was prepared carelessly, and they forgot to include my avocado. To make matters worse, the drive-thru cashier handed me the avocado with dirty hands that had touched multiple other orders, and the bag was greasy from her hands. The entire experience was terrible, and I will not be returning.
I hadn’t been to The Habit Burger Grill in a long time. After leaving the cemetery, I decided to stop by for a meal. The outdoor seating area was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink, plus a kid’s meal with sweet potato fries. The only issue was that the kid’s burger came with just cheese—no tomato, lettuce, or pickles. It would be great if there were some healthier options for the kids.
I have come here on several occasions, drive thru and sit down, and they have been great every time. From fixing a wrong order and refunding me my money to upgrading my drink free of charge while providing friendly service to the food being spot on every time, reflects the great customer service that keeps me coming back to this location with their walk up order window and nicely done outside patio. Thank you for a solid lunch, again :

How I received my grilled chicken sandwich that was supposed to have teriyaki with it. The whole bottom of both breads are soaked in some kind of chicken juice. The mayonnaise it's completely drenching the lettuce and they forgot the teriyaki sauce all together. They are constant out forgetting the sauces when I ask for it on the side. And I always let it slide but this was a f ing disaster worthy of being shared. Do better.
The Rosemead location is far superior; their burgers are made much better overall. The grilled onions are perfectly cooked, the burger is juicy, the cheese melts just right, and it tastes delicious. I noticed there was one in El Monte, so I decided to try it, but I was really disappointed. Everything about the burger was off. I’ll be going back to the Rosemead location.
The chicken sandwich had an extremely thin piece of chicken that covered less than half of the sandwich. The fries were unsalted, the drink was flat and watered down, and overall, the meal was very overpriced considering the poor quality and small portions.
It was my first time here so I didn?t know they don?t have an indoor dine in area. They do have a patio area that worked out anyway. I did notice they have a drive thru so I?ll definitely return to use that. Staff was very polite and order was accurate.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me All I ordered was a chicken sandwich a shake I only have a 1/2 for lunch I will never come here again
