The Half Moon - Réservation de table

We visit this pub frequently and have always found the staff to be very helpful. Occasionally, my partner needs to use a wheelchair to enter, and they are always accommodating, ensuring he has a comfortable seat. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our food for the first time this week, but the staff was very apologetic about it. This is unusual for us, as we usually enjoy our meals there. We've also brought friends along to dine, and we plan to come with a larger group soon. I am confident that the quality of service will return to the high standards we typically expect from the staff.

My husband and I held our wedding reception at The Half Moon in September, and they did an incredible job! Kathy was outstanding from start to finish, and the entire team played a vital role in ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was fantastic, and the compliments from our guests confirmed that they enjoyed it as well. Having been a regular at The Half Moon for over 25 years and always loving my visits, this experience has made our special day even more memorable. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful afternoon and evening!

Serious Sunday roast! Beef was as I like it, good selection of veggies. Comfortable atmosphere with good service. Parking is limited. Not a bad bill with 4 of us eating and drinking. Price per person: £90–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sunday Roast

had a nice dinner in the restaurant on Saturday, I had booked online in advance. my friend and I had the fish and chips and steak and nierenpudding after our prawn cocktail stars. the food was delicious and very well presented. we will definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant

a beautiful atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. there were 11 of us and sat in the restuarant on a round table, which is really good, how to hear and see everyone on the table. eating was good as usual with a lot of change. would be recommending

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few hours recently waiting for my car to be fixed. Great hospitality and food. If I was local it would be my local place for eating out and a beverage or two.

Beautiful restaurant! We ate in the garden which was extremely child friendly. The food was excellent, however they serve massive portions. So come hungry!!
