Horrible experience at Honey Bake Ham at Forestville Maryland locale. Prepaid line past the laundromat near Shoppers. Told, ran out of available hams, more are being pulled from the truck and glazed. Management argued with customers in and outside the store. Bad management. Manager should've have known her inventory verses what has been accounted for through prepaid customers. Unacceptable treatment of paying customers and potential customers. Please retrain manager and staff on how to deal with a large volume of customers. Each year the process of buying a ham or turkey or both gets worse. Employee Crystal Ford was the only one helpful and cared.
I just discovered the lunch menu and decided to give it a try. Moesha, the young lady who helped me, was fantastic and recommended some items for my next visit. The mac cheese is particularly delicious; I plan to take it home and bake it. The cookies were also a highlight. Even though I realized I ordered the wrong sandwich once I returned to work, it was still a decent choice. I'll definitely be back to try what I originally had in mind.
Annual pickup for Thanksgiving. Pretty simple order online and pickup no issues, in and out pretty quickly. Definitely recommend you preorder if not the lines to buy in-store are insane no matter how early you show up. There is police security on-site.
Delicious smoked turkey! It was a hit at Thanksgiving along with the honeybaked ham! I also enjoyed their chicken salad! During the holiday season, I found it easier to order and pay online, it's quicker than waiting in the long lines

Both cashier and manager were extremely helpful telling an unfamiliar customer about the products and explaining to me about her personal experiance with the cakes.
I HATE THESE CONSTANT SURVEYS!!!!!!!! Since the peopl at the Honeybaked Ham store in Forestville are SO nice, I will give them ALL, and the products, an A+.
Bought like 8 ham sandwiches, they were ALlL extremely DRY. They were scarce with the sauce couldn’t even tasteI OR see it.
I take my aunt here annually for thanksgiving. I like this location. I also like the quality and taste of the food.
