The line winds out in the busy holiday pickup season. Even from times, the shop is crowded. Also they do not prepack the preorder/prepaid orders so that the workers basically pull and pack it when you show the time you wait (length of lines). If they would preorder the prepaid orders at least, it would definitely speed things up. Update 2 years later, they still do not pre-book orders and do not have things ready even if you so sigh a certain pick-up time. But if you go to the AM before, the line is not bad.

Picked up catering for team at work. Staff were fantastic and helpful. My team loved the lunch boxes. I also learned that it is better to contact the facility for catering compared to the use of the third-party website.

We had a great experience to buy here a quick lunch and a piece of bacon. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is excellent quality! We will definitely be back for more!

I love how kind everyone is when you go in. I love the ham and the turkey. Also glad they had kings of Hawaiian roles there. Thanks for the great service.
