CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE SO I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. Every year in honor of my dad we get his fave ham from honey baked. This year I brought a ham for $56 that was full of fat. Remind you you pay by the weight of the hamand this ham was over 50% fat. I called today and was told bring the ham back and you will get a gift card. I tried to explainto the owner *Andrew* I live close to 30mins away so to drive there for a giftcard and waste gas wouldn't be smart. I wanted mymoney back but could he mail the giftcard since that's the only option and I'll email the pics of the fatty ham. He said nothat's the policy I then asked could I complain higher he replies I wri...
Store hours posted on the door stated closing at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 3:45 pm to order a sandwich. Two rude and impolite male teenagers replied, sandwich center just closed. I asked if that was company policy 2 hours before closing. They replied didn 't matter , we have an owner. I asked if that was ok with the owner? The answer I received was Call him if you want . I can 't wait until these two snowflakes need a real job in the real world and learn a hard lesson. As for the owner, he needs to fire these 2 with a nasty attitude and hire young people with manners.
I've been a fan of Honey Baked Ham company for about 5yrs now. I ordered a Spiral ham with bone in center for about 20people. And, I'm not a ham eater but I had several slices Mmmm delicious. But, this year I purchased a small ham and turkey breast and several sides. The string beans was popping and the apples, also the yams with nuts. Everything was great we still have some leftovers. I've been coming here for years, and their ham is absolutely unmatched! I've sampled various other menu items, and the quality never fails to impress. You truly can’t go wrong! The staff is always efficient, keeping the lines moving swiftly, especially during the busy holiday season. My only hope is that they would offer board pick-up!

This is the best ham I've ever enjoyed! Usually, I make a spiral ham for Thanksgiving, but this year we chose to buy a honey-baked ham, and it turned out to be the best choice. The ham was juicy, full of flavor, and easily one of the finest we've ever eaten.
Efficiently run store, nice staff, great food. Plz mix your broccoli salad better. Last one I got, half was dry with no mayo. The ham salad is the best. Liked the bacon. Had a honey baked spiral w/ our Thanksgiving turkey. A bit pricey but very good!
The best ham hands down. I normally make a spiral ham for Thanksgiving this year we bought a honey baked ham . Best decision I ever made. The ham was moist, flavorful and one of the best we have ever had.
