But get this, they were open inside! there was a lady who walked in about 1 min ahead of me. When she was at the counter the employeetook a personal call on the store phone, and told her friend she would have to call her back. I gave 3 stars based on the intent of the service rep to service my request. She was told they had what I ordered after asking the mgr about it and promised to set it aside for same day pick up. However, when I got there the same rep apologized saying they no longer have what I ordered and said she was told I had been called to explain. That call never happened and even though the mgr was on duty and in the back, they never came out to explain or apologize. Clearly, the person in charge should defend their stores image by apologizing for the error on their part and seek to offer other options that may satisfy the customer. STAY AWAY Over the holidays, the Cartersville Honey Baked Ham was taking payment via paper order; hand written orders with the customers card information. When an order is paid, the order with the sensitive information should be shredded. It turns out, they are SAVING the paper orders and charged us 5 different times over a two week period. When calling the store to ask about the excessive charges, the manager was ?too busy glazing hams?. When visiting the location, the manager and the employees were completely unprofessional and told my wife that she was ?making a big deal about it?. I wanted to surprise my sister for lunch. She was very busy and did not take time to come home for lunch. She said the sandwich, Turkey Classic, was great. The only bad thing I have to say is when I ordered it, I was given a 20 minute delivery time...it took 1 1/2 hours. Her place of work is only about 5 minutes away, just across the road basically. But, an 1 1/2 hours. I don't think so. Honey Baked Ham should reconsider using Door Dash as their delivery. It was so sad when my sister called and asked if I had forgotten about her. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL A SURPRISE! I will never order again from someone uses Door Dash. Very Disappointed.

It's was my first time in, in a while, and I was surprised by all the changes to the menu. It went from a full menu to only about 7 or 8 selections, and many of my favorites gone. The only reason I'm even giving 4 starts is because the staff was good and respectful, and the menu isn't their fault. Otherwise I'm not super impressed and can't really see myself coming back with this little selection on what used to be a great menu.

We frequently purchase ham bones for soup-making, and today I decided to give this place another shot after a long absence from Cartersville. I'm not sure if the recipe has changed or what, but the flavor of the ham is definitely different. It's extremely smoky! I attempted to make a pot of soup with it, but no one wanted to eat it. It was awful! It tasted like I was chewing on a cigarette!
I enjoyed an amazing sandwich that came with a generous amount of meat and cheese, along with fresh salad and tomatoes, all on a perfectly toasted roll. The staff were not just friendly; they were truly delightful. The restaurant itself was clean and had a welcoming ambiance at the Cartersville location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner! It was a tremendous success, and every dish was absolutely delicious!
I needed to quickly pick up some ham, and I was in and out in no time! I highly recommend this place!
