beautiful, funny, local pub. my friend and I love this pub! we are from the bottom to the south, but often visit this beautiful part of the world to relax and escape the hectic and the trubel of the city life. Whenever we are up there, we always make a trip to the horseshoe, as they guarantee delicious home cooked food, a Fab choice of wein and ales and above all good giggle! the personal and the local are so friendly and make them really welcome. Whether they are sitting near the fire, or in the courtyard there are always layers to tell and have a laugh. oh, and they have good time brilliant live music on a Sunday night!
great pub. the horses always makes us feel really welcome weather to be a weekday lunch with the children or Friday night drinks. we have eaten several times and were always impressed by the quality, freendly service and reasonable trips. there are parking spaces on the street and a nice relaxed heated smoking area and seems to be a lot of dog friendly!
delicious food, reasonable prices a warm welcome!. they eat here a few times, always was satisfied with the food that is delicious, fresh and good price also my two children (the very fussy found things that they can be enjoyed. they were always very welcome and hubby is happy with the guest beers- would highly recommend!
