they enjoy a delicious lunch on Sunday a few months ago and must return soon. the smaller plate was plentiful, with tasty meat and several vegetables, all nicely cooked. chris made us very welcome and the decoration / furniture depiction sherlock holmes famous roman are great fun. they even have an otter and a Chefighund! (not really I hastened to highly recommend a visit for great food and ambiente.

We managed to find this place open late morning on the Monday we left. We just went for a quick drink and were hoping for a lager on tap but they only had canned beers and the pumps were not working. It seems to shut at 4.30 every day which is rather strange for an establishment billed as a pub! The place has a nice ambience and is a friendly sort of place.

The staff at this restaurant are delightful, welcoming, and kind. The interior is adorned with Sherlock memorabilia that we loved exploring. We stopped by for lunch and decided to go for the cream tea for two at a steal of £6.50! The portion size was generous with a large dollop of cream and a warm, delicious scone.

had they had a nice roast today, had one beef and I had the pig, washed with a pint store and a glass rosé .lolly was also welcome and had a few dogs biscuits (o and chris gave her a bit pork) only been in a few times, this was the first time for eating, in any case will not recommend our last .very

We found this little gem in Ashburton,I know it wasn't lost ! and from the moment we arrived we were made welcome and the Sherlock Holmes collection was fascintating.Chrìs was great fun and the food and cofffee was lovely. We will definitely be back.
