I have visited this restaurant multiple times before, but tonight's experience was the worst I have ever had. The service was extremely poor, with our food taking nearly two hours to arrive and some of it being served cold. Despite the restaurant being empty, our drinks took an incredibly long time to be brought to us. To make matters worse, we received no apology, explanation, or compensation for the extremely long wait. It seemed like this poor service was just the norm for them now. I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant, but I will not be returning.
We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation but were seated 45 minutes later at the bar. Despite explaining that we were on a Valentine's Day date, we were re-seated next to the service station where staff rushed to enter orders. Despite requesting to move to another table, our request was denied. After waiting another 1 hour and 20 minutes, our food finally arrived, appearing and tasting microwaved. We left without eating and had to remind the staff multiple times for water and our drink order. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Disappointing service. Took almost 2 hours to serve a few grilled cheeses and a burger. One person’s meal came 20 minutes later than the rest. Nobody checked in to apologize or see how we were doing at any point. Not an ideal place for a group dinner unless you have an entire night to spend there. Food was good but very heavy. Nice ambiance although hard to hear across the table.
Love the Hudson. The service, food, and ambiance is usually very good. This experience was not unlike the ones before, the only thing...the kitchen was out of the 2 plates we were asking for. Bummer. But I will definitely be back.

One of the best happy hours in Los Angeles/West Hollywood. Really nice staff, the best Mac and cheese I have ever had and great drinks. Make your way here whenever you get a chance. Go on a first date here. Just get here!
Great location for drinks and nibbles lovely ambiance and good for people watching. Food is good but not out of this world. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
The food at this restaurant was extremely delicious! Although it was a bit noisy, the atmosphere was very trendy and had a fantastic vibe.
Missed out reservation time and waited 1 1/2 hours to get food in the lounge. Awful service
