Visited on a Monday evening with the family. The restaurant was vibrant and we were immediately welcomed warmly and seated. The menu was extensive and had all traditional dishes which one would expect . We opted for king prawns , ribs and gb to start,...which we all thoroughly enjoyed . The main course followed with a great bottle of Italian wine and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Our steaks were delicious and the lasagne I was told was delectable . All in all , it was a great dinning experience, we haven’t mentioned the desserts , as we couldn’t manage any on this occasion . Great place and attentive staff. Will definitely be returning.
Came here for a family celebration when the eat out to help out promotion was on. Service was extremely slow and not enough staff for the customers but the staff where really friendly and rushed off their feet so I did feel for them. On...to the food! It's the least Italian looking and tasting food I have ever experienced! How can you serve risotto which is even clearly stated as not made with risotto rice??? The pizza tasted like a frozen shop bought base and was bland and tasteless. The COVID measures as good with generally cleanliness and distribution of tables but the toilets need improving upon!
from us and quite all the meal times were bad. the food was not seasoned, had no taste. risotto was not risotto it was just a buck of long defenses with dodgy huh in it. my cats wouldn't even eat the rest. I have a pizza that was comparable to an Asda special. the pasta was really oily, but somehow it managed to taste incredibly dry. Moreover, the waiters constantly forget drinks and we need to constantly remind them what was the same with the attempt to get the bill. I would never go back again I think this venue is suitable for a child party.
This is the worst pizza in town inedible the service was ok but the food was bland and doughy I appreciate that times are difficult with but up you game or people will just go elsewhere it used to be ok years ago...but is clearly in a time warp get rid of the celebrity pictures of ex footballers and try putting pictures of a improved menu up instead

visit the italian job regularly for a takeaway and i am never disappointed the pasticcio alla fiorentina is devine and the garlic bread vesuvio very nice. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are friendly and always make me smile and be thankful....Highly recommended if looking for top italian food.
Pretty average really. Staff friendly but service went from feeling like we were being hovered over to a very long wait to order dessert, then unable to order coffee and long wait for the bill. Garlic bread was paper thin. Pasta portion good but very...average. Desserts were bland.
Great meal out with family. Good choices on the menu and lovely food. Staff very accommodating when we needed to move table and extremely helpful and friendly. Food was tasty and plenty of it. It’s been going for years as a restaurant and with good...reason. We will be back again.
Have been visiting the italian job each week since lockdown measures have eased and have not been disappointed takeaway always on time, always hot, always tasty and the staff are fantastic and professional thank you.

We visit this restaurant many times a year. Local and friendly with fantastic food. It’s been going for years which reflects the consistent great experience they provide. Best restaurant in Urmston in our opinion!
