My daughter and grandson visited Jagged Edge in WB for breakfast. My daughter ordered a full breakfast for under $12, but when she ordered oatmeal for my grandson, they charged $12. When she questioned the price, the server was rude and the manager was also rude when she asked to speak with him. The manager was speaking disrespectfully to another customer. This lack of professional customer service was unacceptable. We expect for this situation to be corrected, and if my daughter comes in with her party of 10 in the future, we hope to receive a refund for the overpriced oatmeal. I like the food here and have never had a problem with the food but for some reason every time i call in a carryout order and come to pick it up the cashier always says “we never got that order”. Its confirmed i called the right location and i placed my order but it never got received back to the kitchen. I think this is very bizarre as its happened more than once, and i end up having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food i had already ordered 30 minutes ago. There is obviously some miscommunication between the kitchen and people answering the phones/taking orders and it should be addressed.
If I could give a negative 10, I would. The DISRESPECT, To serve someone horrible burnt food that they wouldn't give their dog is beyond me. I had the cornbeef and potatoes skillet. Potatoes were so hard n burnt mixed with cheese I couldn't even pick up the potatoes up from the container. I was at work, lost money, time, and my patience. TRASH WASTE OF MONEY. The waitress consistently gave us the incorrect bill and overcharged us for two items at $11 each that we never received. Despite our request for a corrected bill, she refused and we ended up leaving a generous tip as well. We are now concerned that we may be charged for three separate bills. While the technology may make ordering faster, the frequency of errors results in customers being greatly overcharged. We do not intend on returning to this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
About a 30 min wait but that’s not always a bad thing I like to see a full restaurant. That food came out pretty fast and was really good. I had cinnamon roll pancakes with eggs and Turkey sausage. Pancakes were bomb, eggs not so much. Coffee wasn’t the best either. Service was fantastic and server Maya was very kind. Would definitely try more things on the menu when I come back.
My food arrived promptly, which was a good sign. However, the hash browns tasted like they had absorbed the flavors of all the previous sandwiches. The omelet had the right ingredients but the eggs were overcooked and the cheese barely melted. The toast was burnt, and to make matters worse, there were fruit flies around. I will not be returning, I'm sorry to say.
This is definitely one of my favorite breakfast/brunch restaurants, I have tried multiple dishes and all of them were great but I must say that my favorite one is huevos rancheros , a Mexican dish that they do very well and also the service is very good, you get your dishes in less than ten minutes after putting the order.
I ordered 3 eggs with the meal. All over easy. That means liquid yolk. All three eggs were so overcooked that my yolks were round bricks. It was so bad I had to make my own eggs for the meal. This is not the first time they overcooked the eggs. They need to teach their cooks how to make eggs. Réservez une table maintenant
