Disclaimer: Our point of reference were Michelin starred restaurants at other Swiss hotels, but the prices here were higher here soooo… I think it’s fair. Especially the vegan menu was just underwhelming. No other words can be found for any of the courses, just bland. My advice would be stick to their “signature dishes”, I tried some of the peppered beef and that was good. Was also kind of annoyed at paying 60 CHF for water, which was a first, but don’t really care about that. Literally a drop of water on the hot stone of the whole stay. Wine card was good though and the cheese was excellent. And generally the whole experience, for Spa to rooms, like everything else is so relaxing.

Good service , nothing special on food side. Quite expensive food /drinks compared to way it done . Wine list is long and cover almost all regions , but mostly over priced. Food is ok, but it missing some concept, you have almost everything like Asian, Indian, Swiss , but on my opinion bit everything and nothing. Service is very good on other side , nothing to complain. But for 5 starts one of most expensive Swiss hotel , from restaurant you expecting more , not same as you have in St. Moritz , Zurich etc …

The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. We ate there twice during our stay since it was convenient. Overall, the food was fine, but nothing more than that. Some dishes were better than others. Our child's pasta wasn't tasty, he complained and we even tried it, no taste. The prices were quite high given the quality of the food. When we visit next time, we'll eat there just for the convenience but will venture outside the hotel instead.

We came by to eat at The Japanese Restaurant. We entered the main building: what an unbelievable place! Never saw nothing like that, huge and hyper luxury place, every detail is perfect. Special thanks to Ates the Italian-Turkish guy that showed us the way to the restaurant and the hotel building, he was really nice and we will sure come back mainly because of him. The dinner was very good and the wine too.
