The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - St. James

I made a reservation 2weeks ahead and on the day of our meal we were phoned and told there was a 2 hr maximum time for our meal. Upon checking in we were told about the 2 hours maximum again. 10 minutes after we arrived our waitress spilt a whole tray of 9 water and cocktails on our booth seat the waitress asked us what she should do. We told he a towel to dry everything off and extending our 2 hr max would be a great start. The manager did come over right away and offer a free dinner to the girl that received the worst of the spill. First time checking out this location and I must say we will be back! It was a very busy evening but we didn’t have to wait to be seated or waited for any food or drinks. The server was amazing and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. The food was excellent and steaks were cooked to perfection!

Took my parents out for dinner at the Keg and we had a really nice experience. Steak was well cooked and the server provided us with good customer service. Will definitely go back.

Everyone had something different and it was all great! Our server was excellent she was very accommodating! It was my grandsons 18th birthday everyone made him feel special!
