The only reason I’m writing this is because I saw a review from who I’m guessing was the same lady from yesterday. I don’t like when people lie or don’t say the full story to benefit themselves. I was at this restaurant with my husband and son. We noticed a lady with kids at a nearby table who seemed unhappy with the same server we had. The lady and her kids stared at the server in a mean way while she was getting them drinks. After she left they they were mocking her. She then yelled at the server when she came back, causing a scene. The server looked confused, scared, and about to cry. The amount of food you get for the price point isn’t worth it. I ordered the meal for $34.99. It came with 2 crab clusters, 1 corn, one potato and 3 sausages (really it was one sausage sliced into three). I was just at Juicy Crab in ATL last weekend and the amount of food in the bag was worth it there. At Kickin’ Crab there were 2 others with me and they ordered the same meal. I paid a total of $144 for the food (tip included) and was still hungry when I left here. The food was also served luke warm here. I tried it, but won’t be back.
I’ve been visiting kickin crab for over the past years and today their worker was very rude and making faces while taking my food order and i let her know that’s not how you treat a customer she told the manager he asked me to leave ! They are very rude he said he took her side because she was a supervisor! I will never support them ever in life ! They don’t respect black people ! I also placed a order before coming and she didn’t put it in !
First time visiting, and I will say I loved the food!! Didnt have to wait to be seated which was nice. Great selection of food combos! The flavoring that we picked was Louisiana and mild for spice and it was so good! The only bad thing was we had to ask for anything extra that we needed including utensils. But other then that everything was amazing. Will definitely return!

I stopped by wanting a quick meal and was intrigued by the Cajun options. It turned out to be a delightful surprise! The table service here was excellent, and it seems like a family-owned place. Although we didn't try the crab or lobster, the gumbo and seafood alfredo were fantastic! Just a heads up: the dishes tend to be a bit spicy, even if you ask for mild.
I ordered a snow crab boil with extra sides just to get my order to have just 2 clusters of crabs legs and just sausage. I paid extra it was on the receipt but no extra food I paid for . The energy feels like they don’t like their customers. If you do order here check your food before you leave ..
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food made my stomach upset, and to make matters worse, the owner yelled at my mother and me for being unprofessional. We had placed our check down and went to eat, not realizing we had a new server. It left a sour taste overall.
I had an amazing dining experience! I ordered the crab boil, and I can only say "wow." The food was incredible. Just a heads up, you'll definitely want to get two ears of corn. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!
