In the 1970s, Jan Nguyen and her family moved from Vietnam to the USA with the little one they could wear. Her family landed in Louisiana, where she worked in restaurants where she quickly learned the Cajun cooking style. With what was available in the bayjo from cancers to shrimps, it was introduced into a number of spices and taste profiles, quite different from its native Vietnamese cuisine. In her years in the restaurant business, she started tasting food and then recreated it at home with her own turn. seafood were fresh and tasty. service was great and efficient. my son got little spicy and it was really spicy for us. If they don't like heat, they don't ask for a kind of spicy.
