The King's Head

my man I've been using with the kings head, bessells green for some time, visited most of the weekends. it is a well located location, nicely decorated well kept. I can safely say that eating is always delicious, especially due to beccas high standards, plus the...Küchboden team works extremely hard to make the place successful. today becca has made our jubiläumsspecial, thank you! x the new cook, paul creates his new rich chocolate dessert, with beautiful celestial coulis, let us try first. incredibly delicious; but, I would recommend sharing. many thanks for their hard work. kevin kathy xx

What a fabulous pub, a lovely place to celebrate my daughters 21st! Overlooking the village green, it's beautiful inside with welcoming spaces and our waitress was charming, knowledgeable and helpful The food was beautiful and the menu includes some interesting veggie options I had...roasted aubergine with lentil dahl and tempura cauliflower leaves which was delicious. Plenty of parking and a garden too and last but perhaps most importantly for us dog friendly too. We'll be back.

Met up with friends for Sunday lunch. Absolutely delicious. I had nut roast it was really nice. Good service. Polite staff lovely ambience in the restaurant. Only downside was service added to the bill. Why do restaurants do that. If I want to...tip I will tip what I choose.

the second time in this pub and we were so impressed. the personal is so friendly and welcoming. the roast is the best in the opposite, and also very good for vegan / vegetarian. we are looking forward to the wine-paar meal next month!

Popped in on a Tuesday evening and the Kings Head was relaxed, friendly and great food. Great choice of drinks in sparkling glasses and a lovely unhurried atmosphere. Enjoyed the garden and easy to park. Will be back soon.
