This pub has a charming traditional exterior, but the interior leaves much to be desired. We were excited to enter this seemingly historic establishment, but upon entering, we were hit with a sense of disappointment. The inside resembles more of a worn-out bar, and unfortunately, not a very appealing one at that. The restrooms were dirty and in disrepair, barely functional. I can imagine that this place had its glory days, but it seems like any character it once had has faded away. We didn’t try the food, as we only stopped for drinks, but the welcome we received wasn’t the warmest. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning.
I stopped in for a drink and was impressed by the incredible selection of gin. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the options. We had a seat outside in the backyard, which unfortunately felt a bit neglected and could use some improvements. I would say the price per person is around £10–20. Service was a solid 5, and the atmosphere gets a 4.

Popped in for a lunchtime snack. Large club sandwich but chicken was overcooked so lost a star there. Great service and staff. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Called in and had a lovely, freshly cooked breakfast dish and a nice pint. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Prices were reasonable. All in all, champion!
