The Kitchen 18 West

We went to the kitchen on Saturday night and what a great surprise. Raritan is such a family-friendly city and the kitchen fits perfectly to the neighborhood. Our family of five, with three guys, and our friends, with two guys, had a wonderful dinner. Everyone was really happy with his meals. I had the fish taco and cannot remember such fresh fish except on the shore. So tasty, especially with homemade Coleslaw with a small bite on it. Yum. The French Pommes were a real hit. They were presented in butcher paper in a swirled metal stand and the children thought that was very special. The boys had steak and it was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to go back.

We are always looking for a great place and we found it with The Kitchen in Raritan. Family friendly location with excellent food and reasonable prices. We started with the shrimps in garlic sauce for an appetizer and it had the perfect amount of 'trays' on it. The chicken parmigiana was excellent and huge, took the rest home to dinner the next day. The 3-course tasting menu had a wide selection of excellent dishes. The children LOVED the chicken casar salad and the flourless chocolate cake they disappeared before we had a chance to try. The kitchen is added to our list of restaurants.

I was at several private events at this charming little place in downtown Raritan in NJ. Excellent food and very friendly service. In recent years, my family and friends had Catering Solutions for us some matters. Two times with us and a big holiday party in Princeton. Catering Solutions does an incredible job and can really be recognized as a Premier Off-Spot category. Casual or elegant, they really make you feel to be a guest at your own party. I heard that they have opened a second lunch-ironing location in Princeton Corporate Plaza on route 1, it cannot wait to try. Dr. Ezzat
