A while ago, I wrote the review below. I updated my rating to 4 stars because immediately after writing the review (like 5-10 minutes), the owner called and invited my husband and I back to the restaurant for a complimentary meal to change to give me a better experience. We have not been back yet, but I feel that the offer in itself was a great business practice and the restaurant deserves a better for that alone. I am looking forward to having my changed about the food soon! After years of wanting to eat here, I am sorry to have to write a not great review. I had a cup of soup and the Sunday gravy. We came here after a week after a walk on Main Street. You take reservations, but we could get a table right away when we got in. This is not a meal you want if you are in a hurry. The kitchen needs its time to make your food, as everything is made to order. Our server was phenomenal and gave us updates throughout the entire process. The food is hands down some of the best Italians I had in the awhile! The Calamari was crunchy and fresh. I love the balsamic glaze drizzled up and the sauce was divine. I was there last night, my first time we had a party of 8. Celebrate my 2 nie birthdays. BEST EXPERIENCE in a long time! What a warm and welcoming place! The food was excellent, but only to be overshadowed by the service. Kim was our server, she was OUTSTANDING!!! So sweet, friendly, funny and attentive. She provided us with OUTSTANDING service and we felt like she was part of our family! The bus participants were wonderful, very attentive! We never had an empty glass of water or a dirty dish in front of us! And the hostesses were so warm and welcoming! ALLAROUND EXCELLENT STAFF! Can't wait to go back!!!
Great night with friends and gangsters in Kitchen Consigliere. The mussels in white sauce appetizer is great. All meals were excellent. Many of the pastas are also homemade. The rigatoni Bolognese and Sunday gravy's are performers. BYOB! And we did it! Patsy our waitress was the best.
