Went on a Saturday night with a reservation and won’t be going back. They operated the restaurant with one singular waitress for a completely full restaurant and two bussers. I ordered two of the specials (the appetizer and the entree). The appetizer lacked any flavor and my entree (sachetti) had the worst consistency (mushy, obnoxiously hot like it had been microwaved) and the sauce was anything but a good vodka sauce. I ate one bite and left hungry. Overall our dinner took 2+ hours because of terrible service which compounded that all I wanted to do was leave and eat dinner after spending $200 on a dinner for 4 that I barely ate.
After much anticipation my parents went for their anniversary dinner. They were so excited, and The Kitchen Consigliere did not disappoint! My dad called on the way home to give a full review of every single course they had. My mother, a self-proclaimed tiramisu enthusiast, was thrilled with her dessert portion. Any leftovers that made it home, we were clearly informed they were not for us. They were so happy that the staff read the booking and continuously wished them a happy anniversary. It truly was a special touch. They loved the Sunday special and cannot wait to return!
I had the pleasure of dining at The Kitchen Concierge, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to Karen. From the moment I walked in, Karen’s warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable meal. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and genuine care for her customers were evident throughout my visit. The food was fantastic, but it was Karen’s outstanding service that made the evening truly special. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Karen if you want an exceptional experience!
As always, the food was exceptional as was the service. The only issue was that with their new credit card system they are unable to split a bill between two couples. I also find that adding a four dollar service charge for credit cards to be a little much. While we will definitely be back there, I will be paying cash because I don't need to pay Five or $10 for the privilege of using your credit card

It was a busy Saturday night air conditioning wasn't working properly. So it wasn't a comfortable dining experience. My chicken Marsala was delicious. My partner got the rigatoni meatballs. But was disappointed in the amount of pasta that was in his entree. Our server did the best she could under the circumstances which made the dining experience better.
Our service was excellent, Patsy and the other servers were very attentive! The food was delicious and serve quickly. Great portion sizes and value for the dishes. The restaurant wasn't overly busy but the customers there were all seated in the same section, it would have been nicer to have a little more space.
The food was very good. I had the chicken Marsala. The meatballs were delicious. The downside was that the restaurant was so warm that it was uncomfortable. We will go again and hope that the temperature is cooler next time.
Food is great as always we got the gnocchi and the cioppino) and Kim is the best and most attentive server. So personable always makes you feel like you are at home with family

Food was all great. Service could have been a little more attentive. But all in all a great evening.
