The Lake Grill - Réserver une table

For a fine dinning restaurant, I was blown away on how ignorant the owner of this restaurant is in regards to Covid-19. Chef Jose walking around greeting people without a mask? Using paper menu's?? how are you supposed to wipe them down after people touching them? You guys re-use the paper menu's with visible fingerprints from other people who have used touched them. Either dispose of them or have them plastic covered in order to be able to wipe menu's .down. No sanitation station coming out of the bathroom hallway/area. The patio tables were disgustingly sticky. I was here for a birthday party will never return. All the owners care about is money you can clearly tell by the cheaply made pat...

This was our first time eating here. The food here was excellent. We shared the curry mussels which were very yummy. I had the grilled chicken curry linguini and my honey got the lobster ravioli . We were both very pleased with our choices. Our service was pretty good as it was very busy and it is during the Covid era. I would definitely recommend eating here.

The Lake Grill is truly a hidden gem in south Whitby. Always friendly. Accommodating for food likes and dislikes. Gourmet flavors made with expertise. Food is served HOT and fresh. Tasty and beautifully plated. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We just got back from a lovely Wed night din out. The chef, apps, dessert and service was excellent. We regret that we didn’t support a wonderful local restaurant more often, but will.

I can't believe after living out here for so long and have never been here. The food was fabulous. We will definitely be back.
