They offer gluten-free bread and take careful precautions when preparing your sandwiches, including washing their hands and covering the work surfaces with paper. They also double-checked all the ingredients for me. It's a charming traditional sandwich shop with plenty of options. I had a Reuben, and it was delicious!
Ordered a gluten free sandwich and they asked if I was celiac. I’m not, but the staff person told me when I asked that they have a whole celiac protocol of using fresh gloves, paper, even fresh ingredients to ensure lack of cross contamination. And my sandwich was simple but good, and quite cheap!

There were many excellent filling options available. The staff were very conscientious about food safety and asked if I had celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
