"Stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my family when visiting my brother. There was a wedding during our stay and there was no parking so we had to park on a side street and like others mentioned the parking area is not well-lit at all. The room was large but the most annoying thing was that the walls are EXTREMELY thin. Our neighbor had a cold and kept us up all night with his coughing and sneezing. The desk staff seemed exhausted and weren't too helpful about the parking situation. Will not stay here again."

Don 't get sucked in by the fact that their prices are usually lower than Marriott or Westin. There is a good reason. First, I have never arrived at this Hotel to find all the handicap spaces taken by people who paid for long-term parking without handicap placards. I 've reported this numerous times and nothing is ever done about it. This time, I 've called the police and I 'll let them deal with it. Parking around back is ridiculous. I was checking in by myself and unfortunately, I am in town for work and have to have five bags. A purse, an under the seat bag, my laptop bag, a bag full of heavy work equipment, and my small suitcase. There are only about 20 spaces out front of this hotel. If you don 't get any of those you have to park around back. Completely understandable. Except they lock the doors at 11 PM and you have to walk all the way around the front which is up a hill. Imagine being a single businesswoman wearing heels trying to log five bags uphill because they don 't leave the door unlocked or have a call button. Absolutely fucking ridiculous! The club lounge at this location is finally open. I arrived around 11 PM and the lounge was completely empty except for a few bottles of water. Absolutely no soda, no coffee, tea or snacks. Ladies at the check in desk gave me a room key that didn 't let me access The club lounge even though I am lifetime titanium. Had to take the elevator back downstairs to get a second key. My husband 's favorite saying is "in this day and age no one can ever do anything right the first time. "He is completely correct.

The hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to restaurants and major roadways. Check-in was a breeze and the staff working the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room furnishings, like many of the common areas, were starting to show signs of wear and tear. The property has a decent fitness center, and the indoor pool was not too bad...just a bit older. I was staying with a group of people and discovered some rooms have microwaves while others do not. You might want to ask if this is something you will need during your stay. The Member's Lounge was open and available around the clock. They served a complimentary breakfast in the morning and offered a decent selection of finger food in the evening. Refreshments and bagged snacks were available the other times. This was a welcome change as many properties I stay at continue to offer excuses for the clubs not being open. My only criticism in the common areas often appeared half-hazardly cleaned, especially the elevators. It was something noticeable but not a showstopper. I would stay here again if in the area.

If you need a bed to sleep on this place will do. I was expecting a little more, considering it's a Sheraton and looks nice from the pictures online, however, the entire 2nd floor reeked of weed so maybe they're a smoke friendly hotel? They do serve breakfast but the attendant was nowhere to be found, so good luck grabbing a bite in the morning. After I waited about 10 minutes at the counter for service I gave up and later found out I wasn't the only one who didn't get service. Riding the shuttle on the way to the airport, the ladies riding in the back were discussing the lack of service at the breakfast area and how the employee working it had no situational awareness and offered them no help. My room also did not have all the toiletries typically provided. There was also a bit more that I encountered but this isn't the proper medium to talk about it. It wasn't all bad though, the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous and they have a free airport shuttle that needs to be scheduled ahead of time.

I'm sorry this is an honest review. I arrived at rhe hotel at 9am hoping o can check in the hotel. I was told I can check in about 12pm. Waiting around the lobby stopped by numerous times since I see other check. But when I went up to the desk I was told they didn't have any rooms. So I checked back again at 130 still nothing even though I see others checking in. I stopped by at 3 PM still nothing. You know the time we finally got to check in was at 5PM!! Can you believe that. I have never been to a hotel and wasn't able to check in on time. I flew in out of state and can't believe it.
