The Lemontree Bistro

Lovely old hotel in terrific location on Market Square in Framlingham. Stayed for one night but suspect will be back. Lovely atmosphere in hotel with some super, friendly staff but also clearly used by many locals who all seemed very friendly too. Had a great meal, with family, in evening. Menu was nothing too fancy but everyone enjoyed their food. Rooms were great big and in keeping with the hotel. No surprise that breakfast was very good with quite a bit of choice. Again many locals seem to pop in for breakfast and coffee always a good sign. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Delightful French tasty served in a cozy, clean and welcoming atmosphere. the bistro is not huge, but in contrast to many, the tables are well spaced and they do not end, cramped or in the wise. chips are hand cut and cooked to perfection, while the tartiflette is glorious creamy and they will want to finish every mouthful! if they are in framlingham or in the surrounding opposite, we have not found much more to do in the city itself, but the lemon tree was worth stopping.

We were mainly impressed by the fact that the restaurant is dog friendly, which was perfect for our three furry friends. The staff was friendly, the location was lovely, and there were some nice shops to explore nearby. The seating areas were great and the drinks were good. The food was also delicious. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The location was peaceful and overall, it was a highlight of our visit.

*dog friendly* beautiful place to stop for a coffee and cake. great lunch card too. the lemon slice had a beautiful tart layer of lemon pulp. I've tinned my covenant. carrot cake was beautiful and icing was simply sweet enough. mandel,- soy,- etc.-milk available so that I had a dark hot chocolate. must see/ stop for detectorist fans. here lance first met his daughter. I went shopping in Framlingham and also had lunch at The Crown. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would highly recommend it. Service: 4 Location: 4

Superb hotel and staff. Went on a cycling trip here. They stored our bikes and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
