The Lion's Share

Total good service, great atmosphere, great menu. Bathroom was dirty and certainly underwhelming. Bison poutine super tasty but had to look for every meat. Boar Bolegnese was amazing and to make her own pasta in the house. Bread pudding was a flop. Super dry, the bread did not drink long enough, had almost no taste in the middle. Too long boiled at low speed, so not the crust up and the almost gooey center.

Immersed during a working trip for a later dinner and cocktails. I loved this place the drinks were fantastic, the food was delicious, and the bar staff was friendly and attentive. I took a Tartar app and the Scallop Entree and both were so delicious. If you like good cocktails and a hole in the wall vibe, pay attention and stop.

The food here was outstanding. We will be coming back the next time we're in town. If you like a fancy cocktail to pair with your meal I suggest looking through the drink menu. The elk flank was tender and juicy, you can't go wrong. I would suggest trying something new, they will cook it to perfection.

lion is so fantastic. One of the best restaurants in San Diego. Your cocktails are amazing. They change their menu regularly and it is always fire. Honestly, one of the best restaurants in SD.

This place is amazing! Food, drinks and vibe here are 10/10! I had the moose flank and let me tell you that? The bolognese pasta is so good! Absolutely.
