Wonderful jewellers! Lou and James run this father and son family business. They were unbelievably kind and patient through the whole process helping to create our bespoke engagement ring. James helped us find the perfect stones taking the time to explain the many differences in quality and prices, and made sure to find the best options within our budget and specifications. could not recommend the small gem higher. from the first phone request I felt in safe hands and this went only further and grew when I met lou james to discuss the creation of a customized round with huge sentimental value. lou took my (very) ground idea and built on it, added ideas and checked with me to see if I liked it and created the most beautiful piece. excellent service by the little gem of the service of james the team was absolutely error-free from beginning to end. they are very knowing about diamonds, offer me many possibilities. they were very patiently assured that I found the best diamond. anyone looking for an engagement ring or jewellery of any nature, I would highly recommend the little gem.
can not speak very enough of little gem, they have created our high-time rings for us, including with some of our own gold from a grandfather watch. both lou and james are super friendly, helpful, patient and friendly. we never felt hurried and were always looked around. we couldn't be happier with the end products and wouldn't go anywhere else now.
