Amazing experience at The Lobby!! Like.. when I tell y 'all my jaw hit the ground from shock at the level of customer service, I am not exaggerating. The customer service here from the security guard, manager and staff was incredible. I was born and raised in the south where people say southern people are nice... For one that 's not true but I give credit where it 's due and this establishment is top notch and deserves all the credit.. OKAY NEWARK!! Everyone here was beyond nice. Even right before last call, the manager, security guard and staff talked to us respectfully and personably. Andrika, Brandon and John William all made our experience one to remember... at 3am! The lobby seems like a fun weekend to visit, but they are incompatible as a restaurant/lounge. With a mentality to chase money after old sales techniques, press one to spend $50 per person, but can?t space for seating for the whole party? This is our third and last time in the lobby. After 15 minutes without service, 10 minutes waiting for our drinks (still not come as I write this) we might think the Hookah could save the night, We were informed after our order have taken that Hookah isn?t allowed in indoors tonight, but is in the empty $50 section outdoors?? - Hahaha-Betrüger in the lobby?
The lobby bar at this location is fantastic! It features an indoor sports bar and an outdoor terrace with a live DJ. We celebrated a birthday there and Viki went above and beyond to make it special for us. She provided exceptional service and made our experience unforgettable. Many thanks to the lobby bar, particularly for this event. Whether you are a tourist or a local, this place is a must-visit. They offer free parking and Wi-Fi, as well as hookah for an additional $35 charge. Keep an eye out for their big promotions. Be sure to inquire about them.
I came here with my BLACK friends and they were so rude about me sitting down and they were empty after I bought 100 dollars worth of food and idk how much in drinks . Everyone on staff was Hispanic and rude to me and my black friends and was nice to the Hispanic customers, disgusting. Black people spend tour money else this place is RACIST I will never spend money here again. The girl Leslie was very rude and the bald manager was rude

Man I haven't even been here for 30 mins and I'm ready to LEAVE. There's a fee for everything, to walk in, to sit down and probably to use the bathroom, I'll find out. Even the waitresses are a trip, I say Coke she heard SPRITE, HUH? Tell me why they serve hookah but took my vape and told me they will put it above the door as if it's a weapon. Please don't come here, save yourselves.
If you are handicapped or disabled, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PARKING IN A DESIGNATED HANDICAP PARKING SPACE. I was told that if I didn 't move from my handicapped parking area, I would be towed. VALET requires the entire area, including disabled parking spaces, he explained. YES, despite having a valid MVC disability placard, I was instructed to MOVE or be towed!!!
the lobby nj was a wonderful experience. I came here with some friends to watch the thundersday night football and sat right away. we have eaten and beer eimer. a great place for drinks and vibes! the dj was in fire with the setbacks? I'm sure the main floor is packed at the weekend, but Thursday it was pretty quiet. a great time will be definitiw back.
If I could do zero I would. Hole in wall. Claim to have 40+ TVs but lower level closed to electrical issues. Can you say fire hazard. Ask to turn tv to hockey on ESPN and they do t have channel. What a sports bar with no espn. Place should be closed down. Cost me 25.00 in Uber fees and was there three minutes.

The lobby has been around me for years. I liked it here, then they started acting as if they were the ONly stop on the planet. always, server with terrible settings. I am glad that they pay them well and regardless of the worst service I have. avoid this wrong place. .
