The Lobby Restaurant & Lounge

Made a reservation for 14 family members to enjoy New Years Brunch and was told that there would be automatic 18% Gratuity, and that the entire table would have to be on one bill with one payment. After a call with the manager we were told the reason was that they were going to be busy and short staffed. We were able to negotiate the policy down to 5 bills with the manager the day before our visit, but we were not very happy about the policy as feel the gratuity should more than cover the inconvenience of separate bills. We’ve eaten at Lobby many times over the last probably 8 years. One of my good friends worked at it for many years which is how it started. They have a dedicated fryer, which is awesome as they make delicious Parmesan truffle fries. Most of the menu is or can be done gluten free. Even the macarons on the crème brûlée are gf. Staff is always knowledgeable and will double check with the kitchen. I know the management and kitchen staff have changed a few times but fortunately the food has remained delicious, gf, and minimal changes to the menu.

Do yourself a favor and visit the amazing Lobby Restaurant at the Pinnacle in North Vancouver. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and caters to any specific requirements. The food is absolutely amazing – we were a group of 9 and everything we tasted was delicious. Absolutely one of the best meals you can have in Vancouver. Highly recommend!

We had appetizers during Happy Hour our first night and they were delicious. Breakfast is the BEST! Hands down.
