The lobster rolls at The Lobster Shack are simply outstanding! The lobster was perfectly cooked—rich, tender, and served in a generous amount. The prices were very fair as well. Just the night before, I had a lobster roll that cost twice as much but was nowhere near as good as this one. Although the wait was a little longer than I expected, even with no other customers around, it was absolutely worth it. The roll was so delicious that I came back the next day for another, and it was just as amazing. Kudos to them for maintaining such impressive consistency!
I ordered the fried whole belly clams, oysters on the half shell, fried calamari, and the Connecticut-style lobster roll. The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. The patio and cabana seating offered a lovely New England atmosphere. We live about 45 minutes away and would definitely come back. The staff was very attentive, making it well worth the cost. There are plenty of vegetarian options available, and parking is ample.

I had a missing item from my order and the owner, Bill Rizzuto, took the time to email me to apologize. I support local businesses and avoid chains as much as possible. The Lobster Shack/Rizzuto's has an owner who does take pride in their businesses and they really care about their customers. Besides saying all this about the management of this establishment, we all did enjoy our lobsters and lobster rolls. I highly recommend their food and will be back soon!

Had 2 lobster rolls the Compo and Classic Maine. They looked pretty but Lobster on both was overcooked. Very overpriced at $60 for 2 lobster rolls that were a bit rubbery and coleslaw that tasted store bought. The staff member that served us was very nice. Won't be back, not worth the price. We don't recommend as they're overpriced for the quality.
I took our grandkids on a special trip here to see the big lobster. I had assumed the building was made in the shape of one. It was pretty disappointing to see a regular restaurant instead. I guess I misunderstood what the name meant. We decided to eat there anyway and the food was really good, so that kind of made up for it.

Lots and lots of fresh, firm lobster and not too much butter in a crispy bun. What could be better. Oh yes, service with a smile you could see even behind the mask .

The food at The Lobster Shack was excellent, but the unfriendly teenager at the entrance really detracted from the overall experience.
Great lobster rolls. Very convenient to pick up to bring to the beach, etc.
