I wanted to write this review to say thank you to Ronnie and Laura who provided the highest level of service and excellence. They supported in my booking request for a group booking. I needed to find an in-door venue at short notice due to the change in weather forecast and they made the process so easy. The following day they took care of myself and my guests, providing a wonderful service throughout the entire time we were there. They provided anything we needed, offered guidance on food and beverage options, the best way to organise orders and payments and more. Menu had decent range of food. Well decorated space which was not crowded. Music was reasonable sound level. However there was a clear issue with one of the speakers making a rattling sound and we were not the only table to notice this. Staff did nothing to minimise it. This spoiled the otherwise lovely atmosphere. The worst part of our experience was the poor service. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes with nobody coming to ask for our order. Staff seemed to ignore us or took no initiative to look around the area. It was a not busy service. Manager apologised but did nothing to resolve the issue we decided to leave and not order. So fabulous light, interesting bar and restaurant. Inside the Stratford hotel it’s a hidden gem with huge comfy seating area, dog friendly and great menus to suit all. Brunch to light bites or full dinner. They always try to be involved with the local community and do lots of events, djs a pop up flower stall and art there’s always some thing interesting happening. The food is fabulous and the pancakes are a solid favourite for me with a sweet tooth! The out door terrace is a little subtract and can’t wait to see what goes on there through out the summer. I had bad experience here. I lost couple things and came after a day to check if it was found the host didn't even call housekeeping to check if it was found on the floor. She just answered I did clean the table nothing was found. I lost keys and Samsung s pen which I see was removed during my time there so must felt on the floor also my jacket felt on the floor couple times and she didn't bother tdecheck for it. Food is mid. There’s better options around. Mac n cheese wasn’t cheesy at all and the mussel pasta tasted only like oil. Broccoli with shiitake was way too salty.

Sat outside for over 10 mins and no one came, went inside to order at the bar and was charge 12.5% service charge to take my own drinks from the bar
