The Maypole - Réserver une table

We accompanied our daughter to Ossett to pick up her wedding dress for her wedding on Saturday 15th July. We parked up just opposite The Maypole, so we had lunch. Drinks to start while we checked the menu. Steak pie chips and peas for my wife and I, Scampi chips and peas for our daughter. We all agreed the food was spot on! Congratulations to the chef. Service good. We would recommend a visit.

I went to the restaurant and ordered two bacon sandwiches, a black coffee, and a latte. It was similar to a Wetherspoons. The service was very quick and the sandwiches were delicious with plenty of bacon, and they were only £1.99 each. The coffee was tasty, hot, and strong. The staff were very polite.

The Maypole is a typical city pub that is spacious and cozy. It features a pool table and TVs where sports games are shown. The food is decent and reasonably priced.

Great food at great prices! There’s something for everyone and they even have kids menus! 5/5 for me.

We fancied a cooked breakfast and the Maypole was recommended by a friend. Great value and good nosh.
