I had a very enjoyable experience! This place is perfect for date nights or family gatherings. The alpine cheese fondue was absolutely delicious, and the Caesar salad was nice and fresh. However, I found the entrees a bit underwhelming, as they all seemed to have similar flavors after being cooked in the same broth. The dipping sauces didn't impress me much either. On the bright side, the black and white fondue was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised that the dark chocolate wasn't as bitter as I expected.
We came for our anniversary and this place always has amazing service! A big thank you to jamie for providing outstanding service throughout our meal. Their menu knowledge and attention to detail made for a seamless dining experience! He gave great recommendations on food choices and a fun tip on letting the marshmallow sit in the chocolate fondue. It might sound like a silly note, but it helps us feel like he really enjoys his job and knows the food. Thank you again Jamie, you're amazing!
My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Melting Pot in King of Prussia, and it turned out to be the ideal choice. The staff were fantastic—knowledgeable and very attentive. The ambiance was delightful, featuring dim lighting and soothing music. My boyfriend had even arranged a lovely table decoration before we arrived. The food and cocktails were exceptional; you really can’t go wrong with any selection from the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant!
To top it off, we didn’t order much, yet our total came to over $300. That’s absurd for raw food! If we weren’t doing the cooking ourselves, I might understand the price, but paying so much for food we have to prepare was unreasonable. I left feeling very disappointed. On a positive note, the food did taste good, and the dessert was enjoyable as well—I’ve included some photos of that. Ultimately, it was the price that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I loved the experience dinning at the fondue style eat-in. This is my time visiting this place and it’s a wholesome memorable experience. Eddy helped us in understanding the menu and suggested us the right way to cook the main course and the sauces withwhich they go best on. I am not chocolate fan but after eating the chocolate sauce style dessert with them I became a fan of it.Overall loved this place. Thanks to my frnd for taking me here
Everything was absolutely amazing! I can’t express enough positive things about my experience. Our server, Ashley V., was exceptional! Since I have Celiac Disease, she took extra care to ensure that I could enjoy my meal safely. It was truly a fantastic experience. She was a delight to interact with! I will definitely request her when I come back. Huge thanks again to Ashley and the entire staff!
This is my favorite melting pot in the area! I’m willing to travel an extra 30 minutes to come here instead of the one that is only 10 minutes from my home. The exceptional service is what sets this place apart. The staff and management are outstanding; they offer great recommendations and genuinely value your feedback.
