Incredibly disappointing. Melting Pot used to be one of absolutely favorite places to go for birthdays and other special events, however times have changed. They charge exuberant prices for a sub par experience. First our table did not have adequate lighting and we were unable to see our food and check to make sure it was adequately cooked. Our server was quite rude, and the food did not impress us. Everything felt rushed, while we noticed other servers taking the time to explain dishes to other tables. For $240 for three people, we expected fresh, high-quality food, but the banana in the dessert was mushy and brown. The filet was filled with gristle and had to be spat out, although our dog enjoyed it. I thought the whole point of ordering a filet was to avoid gristle and to experience a rich, flavorful beef dish.
Took my wife to Myrtle Beach location for our 1st anniversary. Our Waiter Deron B. was absolutely awesome and had a great sense of humor! This place not only gave us the best service but also gave us the best meal and memories we could ask for during this special day! I highly recommend this place for a special occasion with you loved ones. Oh.. and make sure you ask for Deron B!

I understand why it's voted the most romantic restaurant in Myrtle Beach! The food was amazing, the staff were beyond friendly and took great care of us (thank you Olivia), and my wife had one of the best birthday dinner experiences ever! Definitely coming back every time we're in town!
Cara was our server and was absolutely fantastic! Very down to earth and comfortable to talk to, made us feel right at home and even appreciated as a customer. She even decorated our dessert plates according to the occasion and That speaks volumes to us!
We had a fantastic experience at this Melting Pot location. Our server, Mercedes, was incredibly kind and gracious, patiently explaining the menu and ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed our time there.
Went for our anniversary which happened to fall on their Thursdates! Waiter was great and explained everything. Definitely a different experience. They even gave us an anniversary card!
