have never been to this restaurant before, but have heard good things so my husband and I gave it a try. I can't say I'd go back for anything other than the dessert. Great service, and very attentive staff, but a little sloppy on presentation and mixing thefondue. Our carrots went rolling across the table, but the waitress acted like it wasn't the first time. The bread seemed alittle stale and the cheese fondue was very overpowered with the wine mixed in. But no biggie! Onto the main course! Lightingwas very dim which made me nervous grilling our entrees without knowing if they were really cooked throughly, so I skipped thechicken altogether. The dessert though was spectacular. A fun and delicious experience. The cheese appetizers are delicious (we had the Wisconsin cheddar), salads were tasty, dinner was great, but it is a bit of wait time so be prepared to have a lot of conversation as you wait for food to cook, and dessertwas decadent. Highly recommend taking a date for dessert.
We typically love this place, but the most recent visit was not great. They seem to be understaffed and refills and service was slow and poor. We were celebrating my son’s 10th bday and even though we notified them….zero acknowledgment. This place isn’t cheap and usually the service is much better.
I believe we had a new waiter yesterday and so the cheese fondue wasn’t prepared well (but then remedied) and then the food presentation wasn’t correct (then remedied) and our order was cross-crossed (then remedied). All in all, good experience but I’ve had better at this establishment.

Everything was great, Riva our server was wonderful, very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience. We were a large party but everything went great!!
Our first time there and was great. The waitress was awesome! She gave us suggestions and suggested items. Very enjoyable experience can't wait to go back!
A little but if a musty basement smell when we entered. Haven’t been in years, better than I remember though, great for conversation, etc.
Not what I remembered from prior visits. Very expensive per person, and not really as special or charming atmosphere as in the past.
