Oof. I really hate leaving less than 4 stars but this is just my experience. Cool local spot. Mostly a breakfast joint. They're open from 7-12:30 I think. The reason I came I for the royal milk tea. Kind of small for $5.50 (or so). And even though I got it less sweet, it was still a bit too sweet. I'm not complaining. Because I still drank it and enjoyed it. Butt this review is solely on that. Don't take my review as a reason not to go. Stop by and try it for yourself. I really doubt I'll be back. But thanks for the tea. I posted a great photo. Hope it gets featured lol
Authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea – highly recommended! The tea has a strong flavor that definitely gives you a nice kick. You can really taste the tea, unlike at some other tea houses that focus more on sweetness. I usually order it without ice, so I can save some in the fridge for the next day since I don’t get to visit often. However, the server mentioned that I would get a smaller portion without ice, which somewhat undermines the overall experience of the place. Do they really think that one or two extra sips would make someone come back? Hahaha!
I finally got to check this place off my list! I've heard good things about their Hong Kong milk tea, and it was great! The flavor was strong, but I prefer mine to be a bit more sweet! I also tried the jasmine milk tea, and I would have preferred it a bit more sweet as well. To give you a point of reference, I typically choose 50-75% sweet at other boba shops. However, I went with regular sweet here since I normally don't adjust for HK milk tea! The service is just okay but they're really fast!
Due to their change in hours, as they are now closed on Saturdays and Sundays, I have to deduct one star. They are only open on weekdays from 7 AM to 12 PM or 12:30 PM. I made an effort to wake up early to visit before work on Friday. Parking is generally easy to find. If you’re in a hurry, I highly recommend placing an order online beforehand so that your drink will be ready when you arrive. My favorite drink is definitely the Hong Kong Milk Tea.

Boba shop that sells the most authentic Hong kong style milk tea. You can't adjust the sweetness here but they add just the right amount of sugar. Both the hk style milk tea and royal milk tea were super delicious and creamy. The perfect texture of silkiness.I have to deduct one star because of the fact that they don't sell boba topping anymore! Also that their hours are super limited (closes at 12:30 and closed on weekend).
The milk tea is super sweet, creamy and intensely brown. There's an option for boba but opt out. This drink definitely packs a caffeine punch so no need to stop by Starbucks down the street. There wasn't an option to hangout and sit inside due to the current environment so order at the table, pay and wait in the car. The service is super friendly and the tea comes out quick. Want some strong @ss tea? Come hither.
Finally, I have a chance to try this place. One word wow. The sandwich tasted so good. One more thing is I can order from the website and know exactly when I could pick up my order. This place doesn't offer in house dining. It only offers to go.
Most authentic Hong Kong style milk tea you can find in town. Popcorn chicken is awesome as well. Friendly staffs with great customer service. Have own parking at the back.Parking: Ample parking spots at the back.

I think this restaurant is quite unique. I really enjoy that they serve both chicken and boba here. The boba and tea are tasty, and the chicken is fantastic!
Woke up early to try some boba located at valley the drinks and toast were so good I had to get another toast! Service was quick and fast very nice!!
