The restaurant deserves 5* as the food and service we received was fantastic. The quiet room is a great place to chat, eat and drink but one thing that let it down was the constant opening of the door due to staff serving the customers in the pods outside. Every time the door was opened a cold gale blew through the restaurant. Please take into account that a lot of elderly people use this part of the restaurant and tend to feel the cold much more than others like my mum did. I would not take away a star for this reason but please take my feedback into consideration to maintain the perfect dining area that you offer. Well done also to all of your perfect staff.
