The Nags Head Brentwood

We always stop off at this Mizu when going south and have enjoyed the food. On this occasion not the case, I had the combo meal with rice and the meat was so tough and dry like it had been recooked it was just awful the green veg was very soggy. I politely told the lady waitress that the meat was dry and overcooked and she said well this is a new dish and walked off. I have had this dish before and it was never like this. The lady came over to take our payment for our meal and did not even apologize or offer our coffee and coke on the house, I didn't want to kick up a fuss but when a customer complains about the sub standard meal it should be addressed, so Mizu failed in customer service and...

Been coming here for years and always been good, but yesterday evening 26th July 2023 when I ordered a beer was told no longer do draft Peroni so ordered 2 bottles 1 for each of us, when we got the bill could not believe they are charging £4.60 for a small bottle, questioned this thinking it was an error, but was told that is correct price, you can buy these in any outlet for maximum £1.50 so these people buy for less than that at C &C so are making over 300% mark up, if they think this is how you treat customers good for them, but I for one will not be returning , so that is 2 regular customers they have lost because of their greed

Been using this restaurant since it opened,purchased 3 meals on Saturday to takeaway.two of them where rock solid when I arrived home and completely congealed.had to throw them away.The food was discussing and when I called to complain they said the manager would call me back.hours later I got a call and was told to return the food which was in the bin by this time.no apology despite recognising I was along term customer.Will never use this place again and would advise anyone else to not waist good money on such poor quality food and terrible service.

Where do I start? Don’t try and fool us with a bowl of supermarket lollo rossa dressed in some low rent Thai dressing Then, cook your agedashi tofu for a few less minutes, and choose a less caustic sauce for the Chinese greens please. Even your edamame were over cooked. Kare lomein fairly good but mostly pedestrian, and crispy noodle dish certainly nothing to write home about. I feel sorry for the people of Brentwood if they think this is tasty asian fusion food!! Do your region better justice please Réservez une table maintenant

I been using this restaurant for 5 years untill now I will.not return again, the food was tasteless and bland, also the price has gone up and the food has gone down, even the roof is leaking and the place is looking a bit shabby, I'm.so disappointed with the food I had today it made up feel unwell, we have been ripped off

Gotta say the food was very average, had Singapore Vermicelli and PakChoi the former was swimming in either grease or oil and I'm not sure what they soak the pak Choi in some kind of liquid , the whole thing was very poor , staff as attentive as they always are.

Been coming here for a few years, I think the old chef has left as not the new one is not as good , not as fresh as before and not very tasty. Not really worth the journey for us any more. Is gone from a 9/10 to a 5/10

Exceptional food , asian cuisine, down to earth prices and very delicious food, always fresh , service always top notch , visited so many times , very easy 5 stars from me Réservez une table maintenant

Love the Ipswich branch and always visit the Brentwood branch when around on business. Took a few Mizu newbies who were all sold. Will all go again.

Food was excellent. Fresh, hot, tasty and delivered in good time. Service was excellent. Couldn’t fault it .
