The Navigation Inn

We visited this beautiful pub after 6 years and were delighted to find that the food was still excellent. We made a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. The restaurant seemed to have been renovated since our last visit, appearing more spacious and brighter. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even making changes to my meal for my dietary needs. We both ordered steak and it was cooked perfectly. Service was quick, so I would recommend making a reservation as it can get busy.

So on arrival we get handed a full menu after chosen to have the fish we get told there is only.Sunday rost and no starters which I would have liked to have the soup. We ask to have the baguette and was told we could only eat that at the bar not with the rest of the family. The staff decided to clear the table before everone had finished.have gave 2 cstars because the food was okay but I will not be back again Food: 3

This restaurant serves delicious home-cooked meals with real, flavorful chips (not the bland frozen kind you find at most chain pubs/restaurants). The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the menu is diverse. The service is great, and the chef cooking our evening meals impresses us with their skills.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered the sizzling steak with peppercorn sauce and it exceeded my expectations. The dish was beautifully presented. I will definitely return with friends and family. I didn't eat anything, I just went to see the amazing tequila band. It was a great night. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Both received a rating of 5.
